Client: Refers to the individual or entity booking services from 4RealWeddings.
Company: Refers to 4RealWeddings.
Services: Refers to wedding film and photography services provided by the Company.

Booking: A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee.
Payment: Full payment must be received no later than the event date. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of services.
Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will result in a refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Delivery: The Company will provide the Client with high-resolution digital copies of photos and videos within the individuals specified contracts .
Creative Control: The Company retains creative control over the production, editing, and final appearance of all delivered media.
Client Responsibilities: The Client is responsible for providing accurate event details and cooperating with the Company to ensure all necessary arrangements are made for successful coverage.

Ownership: All photos and videos produced by the Company are the intellectual property of the Company. The Client receives a license for personal use only.
Usage Rights: The Company reserves the right to use any photos or videos for promotional and marketing purposes unless the Client explicitly requests otherwise in writing before the event date.

Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, accidents, or technical failures.
Liability: The Company’s liability for any claim arising from this contract is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the Services.

Privacy Policy: The Company respects the privacy of its Clients. Personal information will be used solely for the purpose of providing the Services and will not be shared with third parties without the Client’s consent.

Governing Law: This contract is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this contract will be resolved through mediation before any legal action is taken.

Amendments: The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to the Client in writing.
